Istanbul Kültür University student clubs sat down with Kültür Point unit officials. More than 100 club presidents and board members attended the meeting held at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Head of Kültür Point Unit Assist. Prof. Neslihan Fatma Er and Education Activities and Organization Assistant Specialist Efe Anğın informed the club presidents about the processes. Assistant Alumni Relations Specialist, Abdulkadir Mehmet Akhan, also shared his insight and asked for support about ikum.network.

One of the IEEE IKU Club TEKNOFEST teams, IKU Red Wings won the opportunity to compete in the final for the third time. As one of the well-established teams of TEKNOFEST, IKU Red Wings has successfully represented our university as a finalist in TEKNOFEST 2021 and 2022. Our team will face off the other teams for the top spots this year.

The IKU MicroTeam, established by Kerem Yasin Yıldızhan, Eray Kalabalıkoğlu, Yiğit Efe Aydın and Kübranur Bayraktaroğlu, who are members of the Molecular Biology and Genetics Club, participated in the TEKNOFEST "Environmental and Energy Technologies Competition", concluding the first stage with a score of 82.67/100.

The IKU OTONOM Team, which maintains its activities within the Asimov Technology Club of Istanbul Kültür University, continues to work on autonomous vehicles, which are the technologies of today and the future. Our team, which participated in the TEKNOFEST "Robotaxi-Passenger Autonomous Electric Vehicle" competition in accordance with the studies, continues to add value to our country and our school by developing original autonomous vehicle software, electrical systems and mechanical parts.

In cooperation with the New Media and Communication Club and the Effective Communication Club, a panel titled "The Journey of Entrepreneurship" was held on Thursday, December 29 at 13.00 in the 1st floor multi-purpose hall of our Ataköy campus. The CEO of DİİCİ Ecem Çuhacı Küçük, who attended the event as the speaker, informed our students about the start and process of creative, sustainable and unique entrepreneurship initiatives.

“Winterfest” New Year event was organized by Kültür Point on Thursday, 29 December 2022, in the front yard of Ataköy Campus. At the event held with the contributions of IKUVENT Club, Career Club, Dance Club, Rock'n Culture Club and Orchestra IKU, our students experienced the enthusiasm of the new year to the fullest with concerts and DJ performances. At the event, which ended with the New Year's concert of the Orchestra IKÜ, the people of Kültür spent an unforgettable evening.

Our international students, who come together regularly in the balloon gym hall built inside the parking lot of ​​our Ataköy campus, added a new one to their lists of sportive activities. Our students, who had a great fun time in the Paintball field in Çatalca on Saturday, December 24th, had a chance to clear their heads before the approach of the final exams.

IKU 1907 UNIFEB Community organized a "Foot Tennis Tournament" in the sports facility built inside the parking lot area in our Ataköy campus. We congratulate our students for their efforts and labors.

Istanbul Kültür University Women's Volleyball Team, which had scored 3-2 against ITU in its first official match, defeated Medeniyet University 3-0 on 20 December and defeated Medipol University 3-1 on 22 December.  We congratulate our team who continued on their road of triumph without any defeat in their league in the Istanbul Regional 1st League competitions of the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF).
