Head of Kültür Point Unit Dr. Lect. Member Neslihan Fatma Er, Unit Vice President Doğa Kurtyiğit and Career Specialist Ecem Uçar attended the "Life Without Handicaps Fair" held at Istanbul Expo Fair Centre on Thursday, November 30, 2023. In the fair, which was held for the first time in Türkiye and the 6th time in the world, information was shared at the stands on issues such as technological developments, educational opportunities and job opportunities for disabled individuals.

IKU Law Club, IKU International Law Club and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) organized a trip to Ankara on November 27, 2023, with the support of Dr. Akif Hilal Öztürk, who was appointed as the university official of DAAD. In the event which started with the visit of Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye and members of the delegation; German Consulate, Turkish Grand National Assembly, Anıtkabir and Hacı Bayram Veli University were visited.

A “Ceramics Workshop” event was held with the joint efforts of İKÜ Kültür Point and Özyazıcı Special Education Vocational School, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Ceramics Workshop room in the Ataköy building of the Bakırköy campus.

Students got to express themselves in a creative way in the workshop organized for Hearing Impaired individuals.

The “Alumni Panel” event was held with the joint efforts of Industrial Engineering Club and Kültür Point, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.  The event moderated by Res. Assist. Oğuz Emir from the Department of Industrial Engineering, was attended by IKU graduates Can Akbaş, Ebru Gün and Tuğçe İnan as speakers. The IKU graduates shared their business experiences, reminisced about their university experience , offered insights for their future and answered students' questions.

An "Alumni Panel" event was held on Tuesday, November 7, with the joint efforts of the Department of New Media and Communication, New Media and Communication Club and Kültür Point.

The talk titled "Arbitration in International Maritime Law" was held by the International Law Club on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Lawyer Cem Congar, who attended the event as a speaker, gave detailed information on the topics "Arbitration in Maritime Law" and "Career in International Law". The interactive event ended after the question-answer session.

With the leadership and coordination of Istanbul Kültür University Student Life, Career and Alumni Advisory Unit (Kültür Point) and with the support of the voluntary work of Theater Club students, technical support of Design Factory and the help of İKÜMED; the podcast called "To us; 100th Anniversary of Republic", was finally completed after a two month process. Within the scope of the project, 6+1 episodes were published.

Training was given by by Kültür Point Alumni Relations Assistant Specialist Ege Kaan Işık and Lecturer Mert Efe Anğın as a part of the "Alumni Mentorship" project carried out by Kültür Point for the graduates who will volunteer as mentors in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. Details of the mentoring process were discussed in the training held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 20:00. The training, attended by 30 graduates, was concluded with the questions and answers section.

The Sports Coordinatorship which operates under Kültür Point organized the "October 29 Republic Day Sports Tournament" between October 23-29, 2023 with the participation of student clubs, students and faculty members. Within the scope of the " Activities for the 100th Anniversary of the Republic", our students enjoyed the celebration of the Republic to the fullest in the competitions held in chess, table tennis, foot tennis, 3x3 basketball and 4x4 volleyball branches.
