IEEE Student Club organized an e-seminar titled "CS Why Bioinformatics?" via Microsoft Teams on Saturday, April 17 at 12:00. Assoc. Prof. Çiğdem Erol, Assoc. Prof. Kaan Yılancıoğlu, Asst. Prof.  Savaş Takan, PhD Yasemin Öztemur Wetoğlu, PhD Erhan Parıltay attended the event as speakers. In the event, which aims to get students from the Department of Computer Engineering and the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics who want to work in the field of Bioinformatics to gain insight into how they can improve themselves, detailed information and examples of how artificial intelligence technology, which is present in many sectors all over the world, is used in the bioinformatics sector was given.
