TURKEY ALUMNI INFORMATION FORM

The Cultural and Social Relations Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), is authorized to maintain the relations established during their education with international students who graduated from higher education institutions in our country, even after their education.

In this context, our international students who are entitled to graduate from our University's programs must register in an information system called Turkey Alumni Portal (TMP) (https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/Account/Login) developed by YTB before receiving their graduation certificate/diploma.

In order for the process to be carried out in the most efficient way, our international students should be a member of the TMP platform at the stage of graduation. After filling out the Turkey Alumni Information Form, which they can access from this platform they are a member of, they must submit it to the Registrar's Office.

The stages related to the process are specified by YTB as follows.

TURKEY ALUMNI INFORMATION FORM MECHANISM

1. international students (with or without a scholarship) apply to the relevant department to receive their diploma by deserving their graduation.
2.Before the relevant unit of the university/vocational school delivers the diploma, it is ensured that the student is a member of the Turkey Alumni Portal by going to www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr.
3. As a member of the portal, the student enters personal, education, contact and other information. After entering relevant information, student downloads the form by clicking on the "Graduation Form" on the same line as the relevant education from the "Education Information" tab.
4. Student prints the downloaded form and submits it to the relevant unit of the institution after signing it.
5. The relevant unit forwards the submitted document to the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities via an official letter.

*All transactions to be carried out by the student until the signing stage must be carried out through TMP. Alumni Information Form should not be filled in manually. Forms prepared in the past and/or to be sent to different institutions should not be used.
