IKU Kültür Point organized a webinar titled “Be the Leader of Your Own Life” in order for our students to be inspired in their journey of getting to know themselves and to start their leadership journey from themselves. The event was held under the direction of Esin Erdem and Yenal Yıldırım.
In the webinar, where the competencies that a leader should have were explained, the qualities we should have while leading our own lives were discussed with the metaphor of "a house under five headings": "Love for homeland, work quality, honesty, entrepreneurship and tolerance."
The program that being able to look from different perspectives is the most important factor that brings success in leadership is underlined, ended with a question and answer session.
