An event titled "Future'22" was organized by the Industrial Engineering Club between February 21-23, 2022. Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center hosted the event, where the CEOs of nine giant companies were hosted in three sessions every day.
Turkcell Superonline General Manager Emre Erdem was the guest of the first session of the event, which aims to closely introduce the leaders of world-famous brands, to teach them about their development, success and experience in their business life, and to gain a new perspective based on these experiences. Telling his life story and the process of joining Turkcell, Erdem answered the questions of the participants. In the second session, Sneaks Up CEO Mustafa Ünal talked about the process of Sneaks Up since its establishment and how they have coped with the difficulties they have faced. In the third session, Tchibo General Manager Hasan Ulutürk talked about the adventure of coffee.
On the second day of the event, UPS General Manager Burak Kılıç met with the participants. Kılıç, who devoted most of his time to questions and answers, told the story of UPS and himself. He also adviced to the students by saying; “Do what you love and do the best of it.”. ETİ CEO Hakan Polatoğlu asked the students to ask him questions instead of sticking to the presentation. He continued the session by answering the questions in the light of these questions.
Mondelez General Manager İhsan Karagöz, who was the guest of the first session of the last day, gave information about Mondelez and the companies it covers. Talking about how to deal with the problems encountered in a large company, Karagöz answered all the questions of the learners. In the second session, Monster Notebook CEO İlhan Yılmaz talked about what he went through while establishing the brand, how the brand has grown with determination and hard work in 22 years, and his desire for this field since his childhood. He also gave a small talk to raise awareness for children with special needs. In the last session of the event, P&G CEO Tankut Turnaoğlu conveyed his P&G adventure and his own life story to the participants.
