ASSIST. PROF. NESLİHAN FATMA ER REPRESENTED OUR UNIVERSITY AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “RE-SHAPING CAREER PLANNING: BRIDGING GAPS”

Our Assist. Prof. Neslihan Fatma Er, President of Student Life, Career and Alumni Advisory Unit (Kültür Point), represented our university at the international conference titled “Re-Shaping Career Planning: Bridging Gaps” which was held at the Middle East Technical University (METU) Culture and Convention Center between 24-26 June 2024, with the support of Presidential Human Resources Office (CBİKO) Talent Acquisition and Organization Department.

At the conference where great practice examples of university career centers abroad were shared by the officials of the relevant universities, sessions were held on improving the corporate relations of career centers, next generation job search strategies, interview techniques and career development.

University career center managers, relevant academicians and practitioners from universities in the United States of America, European and Turkic States attended the event.
