Within the scope of "19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day Celebrations", a "19 May Panel with Athlete Students" was organized by the Kültür Point on Wednesday, 19 May.
The event, attended by Volleyball Men's Team Captain Ahmet Can Genç, Volleyball Women's Team Captain Neslişah Karamürsel, Tennis Women's Team Captain Sena Club, Football Team Captain Arif Baş, Basketball Men's Team Captain Alptuğ Beteroğlu and Umut Ünlü from Paralympic Swimming branch as speakers, was moderated by Student Council Vice President Dilruba Şahin.
First of all, our students talked about their introduction to sports life and the contributions of sports. Our students, who explained the importance of 19 May in their sports life based on the motto of “I like sportsmen who are smart, agile and also well-behaved”, in which the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk stated the ideal profile of sports and athletes, They shared their opinions on. Finally, our students, who explained how they celebrated May 19 throughout their sports life, ended the panel by sharing their experiences.
