As a part of the EU Project named "Empowering Youth by E-Commerce (EYE)" carried out with the joint efforts of Istanbul Minerals and Metals Exporters' Associations and Istanbul University, supported by the Human Resources Development Program Authority, a focus group meeting was held within the framework of “Labor Market Support Program Operation for Young People Neither Studying nor in Employment (NEET PRO)”.

The Digital Information and Journalism Club, which was established last month, held its first meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2023, to determine unit managers and management bodies and to make event plans. At the meeting moderated by the club president, unit managers were elected by voting method. At the meeting, where the vision and mission of the club were emphasized, participants exchanged ideas about the planned events and shared their expectations.

İKÜ Kültür Point Unit Vice President Doğa Kurtyiğit, Alumni Relations Assistant Specialist Ege Kaan Işık and İKÜMED assistant Batuhan Aktuna attended the "5th Alumni Relations Workshop" organized by Dokuz Eylül University with the theme "New Paradigms in Alumni Relations". The workshop held in Izmir on Monday, December 11,  was attended by various supervisors, coordinators and experts working in the career centres and alumni relations units of many foundation and state universities.
