World Citizenship and Skills" was organized on CATS platform on Monday, May 22, 2023. Lawyer & D Strategy Founder Damla Ömür Tantekin, who attended the event as a speaker, mentioned the Sapir - Whorf hypothesis by explaining what it means to be a citizen of the world. The Department of New Media organized an event titled "User Experience Basics and Career Journey" in cooperation with the Effective Communication Club, on Microsoft Teams on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Vodafone UX Research Lead Ahmet Erşanlı and UX Design Lead Gizem Yetimler attended the event as speakers. In the event, the topics of how to conduct user research to understand the needs and goals of users, the basics of research and how to design according to users based on research were conveyed to the students.
