Students who are interested in working as a part-time employee can make a digital application via the form below, starting from the date announced at the beginning of the academic year. The application form includes various questions regarding the details, such as the units where students wish to work. Among the students who fill out the form, candidates who are accepted must submit the necessary documents to initiate the process. It is the responsibility of the students to follow the announcement published by Kültür Point.

Requirements for Students
Students who will apply to part-time student employment program must meet the following conditions.
Except for non-thesis master’s degree and special students,
- Must be a registered and active student at T.R. Istanbul Kültür University.
- Must not be an internship student during the Part-Time Employment period.
- Must not have received any disciplinary action (This will be documented).
- Must not be a student on a leave of absence or an international student.
- Must be enrolled within the normal duration of their program.
- For students of associate and undergraduate programs, a minimum GPA of 2.50 is required. For master’s and doctoral students, a minimum GPA of 3.00 is required (GPA evaluation for preparatory, first-year, and transfer students will be conducted at the end of the first semester. (Employment contracts of students with a GPA below 2.50 will be terminated.)
- Must possess sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job to be performed.
- Must not have an income equivalent to or above the minimum wage, excluding orphan’s pension and alimony.
- Must not have had a previous contract terminated due to a breach of agreement.
- For students who can document that they were affected by natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, or are children of martyrs or veterans, and for students with disabilities, the only conditions required are being enrolled within the normal duration of their program, not being an international student, and not having received any disciplinary action.
Students who are accepted into the program are required to fulfil the following responsibilities and adhere to the specified rules:
- During the student employment process, students are expected to act in accordance with Istanbul Kültür University’s “Kültür Constitution” and its related ethical guidelines, confidentiality policies, institutional culture, and social values.
- Students are obligated to perform their duties on time, with care, and efficiently.
- In the event of any disruption, issue, or difficulty, students must promptly inform their unit supervisor.
- Students must exercise diligence in maintaining confidentiality of student information, safeguarding research data, and ensuring the security of other sensitive information while performing their duties both within and outside the university.
