A talk was held by IKU Kültür Point with the Academic & Inspiring Woman Dr Dilek İmamoğlu, who stands out on social responsibility and women's studies in business life, on social benefit. The event moderated by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr Burcu Yavuz Tiftikçigil, was hosted by Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center in the Bakırköy campus Ataköy building on Tuesday, May 14, at 14.00.

At the event, academia, glass ceiling syndrome, non-governmental volunteering and efforts to support girls and young women were discussed. Emphasizing that various projects have been implemented to support young people by attaching importance to their vision and dreams, Dr. Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu focused on the "Enlarge Your Dreams" project, which is especially aimed at strengthening the place of women in business life. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to reveal and strengthen the potential of girls and young women by providing education, support and mentoring opportunities.

Dr. Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu's efforts to strengthen the roles of young people and especially women in society were met with great interest and appreciation by the participants.

Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu was given a memorial plate as a gift by our Rector Prof. Dr. Fadime Üney Yüksektepe and our Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Gülçe Öğrüç Ildız and Prof. Dr. Burcu Yavuz Tiftikçigil at the end of the event.
